Lemon balm extract

Valerian extract

The valeric acids found in the root of Valeriana has the ability to affect the enzymes in the human body so that we calm down. Medically, this can be described as accelerating the breakdown of gamma-aminobutyric acid, increasing its concentration in the body, which causes general sedation in the nervous system, thereby improving the quality of sleep, but also falling asleep faster. Schisandra extract

In addition to being used for its energizing, mental and physical activity enhancer effects, Schisandra chinensis is also used as a sedative in Chinese medicine for insomnia and sleep disorders. It is rich in lignins (schizandrin, deoschizandrin and gomisin), phytosterols (stigmasterol, beta-sitosterol), vitamin C and E and essential fats.
Hop cone extract
